  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½–1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)

How to Make the Secret Detox Drink

  1. The first step in making my secret detox drink is to warm 12 to 16 ounces of water.
  2. Now all you have to do is add your ingredients. Start by adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your warm water.
  3. Then stir in ½ to 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash of cayenne pepper.
  4. The last two ingredients are 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of raw, local honey, which is optional, but will add a little sweetness to your drink.
  5. Stir it all together, and your detox drink is ready to enjoy. I like to have it when it’s still warm, but you can drink it at any temperature.
