These lemon popsicles with blueberries are probably one of the easiest sugar-free desserts you can make. It takes just a few minutes, a blender and a freezer.

  • Simply whirl some blueberries, lemon juice, coconut cream, and powdered sweetener together in a blender until smooth.

Try not to sample TOO much of this tasty mixture, ha! It’s pretty tempting, but it gets even better once it’s in popsicle form.

TIP #1: Make sure to use powdered sweetener for the smoothest texture in your popsicles.

TIP #2: You an start with less sweetener and adjust to taste. The amount you need can vary depending on your taste buds and how sweet your blueberries are!
