To cure the sunburn, slice the potato and apply it on the affected area. But if you want something more comfortable, you can try the potato paste. All you need are as follow:

  • 2 potatoes (medium size)
  • Food processor
  • Cotton balls

First, peel the potatoes then wash it. Next, you will need to add it to the food processor. Actually, if you like, you can add the peel as well because it has a lot of nutrients which is good for the skin. It reduces pain and swelling. Next, add a little water.
To apply it on the skin, you can soak the cotton balls and apply directly on the affected area.

  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel (take the fresh one)

Mix the witch hazel, water, and aloe vera in a bowl and let it sit for hours. After that, add the cornstarch and peppermint oil (the crushed mint leaves). If the liquid is too runny, you can add more cornstarch. Store it in the jar and put it in the fridge. This will last for weeks.
Before using it, you need to store it in a dark place for 24 hours so it can blend well. After it is ready, apply it on the sunburn.
